Why must most hardware related issue and or stuff with Windows 7 end like this.
What was posted has nothing to do with W7
It was to push buttons because someone is ticked off and has nothing better to do.
I dont care what people use
But, if there is BS being posted, or, if my name is included in a post, I am going to respond to it.

Laurits: where on earth did you drop in from. Please go away, this is a helpful and always friendly forum - your knock em down, drag-em-out approach is right out of place.
NickN has been our benchmark, a continuous help, and unfailingly honest with us. Without him, I would have ditched FSX yonks ago.
We all vary from Nick's advice and we go elsewhere too: he appreciates that. But for start up advice and help he has been vital. And his knowledge of hardware is encylopediac, maybe because he has more than one PhD in electronic engineering.
Me, I have Vista HP 64 bit and Matrox TH2Go, both of which he pokes fun at, but he has always helped. He is our Guru, if he isn't yours, go worship someone else.

are you still looking for a video card, I do have a spare 8800GTS sitting in its ESD bag needing a good home, still works (I plug it in and test it at least once a month to make sure it still works and get all the parts moving) its only got 320MB ram on it but it ran FS9 smoothly as far as I could tell its PCI though (purple slot is the slot im thinking of)
