from what i gather, it is a security device in place on the server to block spammers, and spam bots.  what it seems like, is somehow 1 packet of info got sent to the server from your computer twice.  it was the EXACT same packet, so the server tried to protect itself because it didnt know which it should allow.  IE: it thought you were trying to spam it.   Just ignore it, unless it starts to happen more frequently then alert Pete or Felix/FFDS.

Pete, Felix/FFDS, or one of the other Admins would have to look into the <form> data to see what is going on.
