Where do I place an ENC file? I downloaded some MAIW packages and don't know where to put these.

You don't 'place' it anywhere..  Wink 

These are older MAIW packages and are installed using the WoAI installer. (Newer MAIW packages use their own .exe installer)

If you do not have the WoAI installer, you can get it, along with instructions, here:
