Good evening all... Smiley

I have always used Internet Explorer to log onto the Simviation Forum.

I still have and use it.

Today I downloaded Mozilla Firefox as I heard it was a better browser.

When I use Internet Explorer it saves my password so no typing at all to log onto the forums however Mozilla Firefox wants me to register again.

That is not what I want to do.

Is there a way that Mozilla Firefox will recognise my password without having to register again?

Or perhaps I should just use Internet Explorer to log on and out.

Solved problem, just deleted Mozilla Firefox from this electronic gizmo.  I guess when you get used to something it is hard to switch and I found Mozilla Firefox a pain in the butt.

Hi Doug

With Fire Fox, when you first go to a password secured site, a bar will appear below the main task bar asking if you want to;

Save password
Don't save this time
Never save

If you save a password, you can edit or delete your saved password under "security" found in the "Tools" and then "options" menu. It also gives you the possibility of having a master password for Fire Fox.
