There are probably 100 things that need tweaking.

Please just accept it will take time to get it all back as it was.

It was a MAMMOTH task transferring and installing all this today.

Thank you

I just had to set up a yabb forum a few days ago actually, it takes a lot of work but feels great once it's all up and running. Then you can sit back and have a cold one... although that would be a Coke for me. Roll Eyes

Watch out for the cheesy.gif, it doesn't seem to work right in certain browsers.

I sent an email, hopefully I'll get my account back.

Quote:
This is B-Valvs from the forums. I successfully logged into the new forum about a half hour ago and posted that it looked great. A few minutes later, I got a message saying that the forum was a broken link. About 30 seconds later, I was able to get back on the forum, but my B-Valvs account was gone. On the bottom of the page in the active members list it showed me as Brando14100, my original name, and I was viewing the forum as a member. When I tried to post however, it said I ahd not filled out the required field "name." In other words, I was not logged on. When I left that page I was locked out of my accounts altogether, as I am now. Will it be possible to restore my account? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Yeah, it seems the main SimV server has slowed to a crawl... and with all the images on that server, it's had some side effects.

This just being an educated guess, of course. I don't know SimV's exact server config. Tongue

That would appear to be the logical explanation, except that the "God Members" have silver coloured stars.  Smiley Cheesy

PS. We used to be called Residents. You can call me anything you like & I couldn't care less how many stars I've got or what colour they are. Tongue Kiss
