Okay sounds good now  Cheesy

Ive seen other VA's say 16 or older, glad to see you give me that exeption.  Cool

Okay well first, I check my email usually hourly so thats 1 thing I can pass. The two that im interested in are COO and VP of Human Resourses. (not interested in joining both just out of all those, those are 2 that I wanna compare and select 1)

Tell me what a normal day would be like for a COO and a VP of Human Resourses. I know the rules of both just not exactly "what they are doing" Cool

Sounds like a COO will my best bet. Im good at suggestions and what not and trying to make our VA become better by comparing to other VA's, making reasonable goals for us to thrive at, and of course coming up with new policies to help new pilots join.  Cool

That's the job i'd care to take...that is if you except me. Smiley
