Hi All,

I seem to be having a problem with my ground textures while I am in the air. Directly below me and about a 10 mile radius around me, the ground textures seem normal, but the surrounding horizon and beyond a 10 mile radius all of my textures are unsually "blurry". This goes for water as well. I havent changed my visibility settings at all, and I've been flying FS9 for years so I know this is strange...

I believe it was a freeware PANC scenery found on simviation.com about a week ago.

Always a good tip from Travis...Wink...!

Any time you suspect that some recently added-on Scenery may have affected your view, just un-check it in the "Scenery Library" and re run the Sim again....

...did it cure the problem?...

In 10+ years of adding various FS scenery, any problems occurring have always been cured by just removing the (possibly) offending scenery and re-running the Sim again.... Smiley...!

If the add-on Scenery is resulting in a problem...then forget it...try something else!....Wink...!

The obvious thing but have you got your 'extended terrain textures' option checked in settings?

Horatio, that would have been my first question, but he said this problem began recently.  If he didn't change anything in the graphics menus prior to this occurring, then it would seem to be an issue caused by adding dubious scenery.
