Im willing to spend $250
Just want to enjoy the sim at its maximum and not spend time tweaking.
I have a Intel i7 processor OCZ DD3 4096MB and a Gigabyte UX58 UD4P Mbo

What card do you guys recommend?

I have an Ati 4870 and is crap!!!!

I think you should focus on getting a triple channel memory kit (3gb, 6gb, or 12gb) for that i7... This memory here is fine:

For the video card... For that price, it'd probably be this:

I know it's a little bit over your budget... but it's well worth those extra $20
