I am looking for the add-on Groundhandling 4 Panel for FS9. I had a problem with my computer and in the process of getting it fixed all of my Flight Simulator data was lost. I found one for FSX and FS2002 but not one for FS2004. I really miss it!

You may be seeking  rcbgh-40.zip by Rob Barendregt.  It should be in the library here but if not, it is available at Flightsim.com.

It is an invaluable addon for me.
