May is upon us, and its shaping up to be a classic.  I think just having

-Paul Tracy in the field has immediately shaken the field up a bit.  I think he will be able to win, but like all other 500 mile races, he will fail to finish.
-Rahal has been fast this year but he will get eaten up by starts and restarts.
-Castroneves would be the "feel good" victory
-Briscoe is always up there
-Ganassi is always fast.
-Kanann knows how to win it if he can stay away from his teammates

I'm gonna go with Briscoe.  His ship has come in.
If not Briscoe, then that jerk Franchitti

I'm going with Wheldon. Regardless of the team he's with, he's incredibly quick round indy every single year.

Danika Patrick   Grin Grin (seriously, it's a down economic time, and they need a big story like this to bring attention and $)

Franchitti is still too messed up from driving stock cars, he needs another year to clear his head and learn how to let the car do the driving again. Cheesy Wink

did Dario get to drive in the brickyard 400? I cant remember, if so hes going to have a right shock remembering how to drive at 225mph again. Considering they spent 350 miles last year behind the safety car he should be in the rookie sessions Wink

That Brickyard was atrocious!  I wish they would make the cup cars run the F-1 circuit there instead.  I love watching these cars do Road Courses.  Looks like Rhinos trying to do ballet. Grin  But it does show where the talent lies. Wink

I think the Kansas race answered that question.  NO.

Ron Fellows Would win that if they did the F-1 course. he is one of my favorite active drivers.

Tracy will win the 500! Cool

Vitor Meira suffered a couple of fractured vertebra. But should be okay, was a nasty hit.
Glad for Helio though I would have prefered to see Wheldon win. I cant imagine even from his post race emotion just how much he had built up inside of him.

Kanaan suffered 3 broken ribs in his crash.  I could kind of tell in his interviews that he was having problems breathing.

Dissapointing to see Andretti out in the first corner and Rahal out before the halfway point.

I think the only reason TK was in the interview was because his young son was watching, Just to let him see he was ok. That was a nasty accident. Is he going to be racing in Milwaukee?
Paul Tracys gotten Meira's seat this weekend and Foyt wants to see him there for the rest of the season with the exception of Toronto and Edmonton as PT is contracted to another team for those races.
