Paul; I agree with you. My friends are constantly like "ooo, i'm level 23, ooo, i'm level 49, oooooooo i'm level 70, ooo I did one thing, I did another thing". They can barely leave the computer.

I haven't tried it yet, 'cause I hear too many addicted-stories. I don't like being addicted. I was addicted to a internet game a few years ago, and well.. it kinda hurt me when I had to leave the computer.

Now i'm only halfway-addicted to Simv Grin

Not a reason not to try it though, I heard it has great graphics and gameplay with a lot to do.

PS: I also think my computer wouldn't be able to play it that well, even though my Core 2 Duo proc. has gone far, FAR by my expectations. Smiley

When I used to play it, I used my grandpa's old computer (which was almost older then he is  Grin ) ...A P4 with a single 512MB ram module and a Geforce 4 vid card... and I never even worried about performance...
They have optimized the thing to a point where it would get good frames on a 24-digit calculator  Wink

A Core2Duo rig would pretty much own the game... and run it nearly maxed with frames to spare... assuming you have the rest of the hardware to match the processor  Wink

I stopped playing a long time ago... the player base is too hostile and elitist... I've heard people saying they consider even a lvl 60 char a noob... (plus, they actually use the n00b treatment... which I abhor) ...also, I've become tired of pretty much the whole MMO genre... all that level grinding... it's just like that South Park episode that features WoW where in the end they ask themselves: "well, we got to the top level... what we do now?" "What do you mean? Now we can finally play the game"  Wink

Cheers
