scenery shimmers (Read 207 times)

Added some new scenery that really amplified my shimmers.  My card is a 8400GS which, I've discovered, has a reputation for this.  Another thing I've noticed are increased jaggy edges on my screenshots.  Anything I can do on the Nvidia control panel to alleviate these problems?

You certainly have it covered.  Are your instructions, as written for FSX, also good for FS9 ?

exactly the same with the hardware.. no difference

in FS9 setting you may need to drop the Mip quality to 5 - 6 instead of 100%..

but its the same on AA and flitering.. disable AA and trilinear filtering
