Why is Vista better at executing AV apps?  Just curious.

Vista comes better designed with the latest Intel CPU opt's build into its code.. it can execute and run applications which are designed specifically to use and take full advantage of Intel (and some AMD) CPU's higher functions where XP can not

The app must be made for it.. and AV editing software usually is..

Thats'a nice clean build job

They done good on that build. I would have expected to see a wire mess but who ever built it understood optimizing airflow

What I am not sure about is the PSU... can it breathe down there?

The 750 Thermaltake has a 140mm fan on one side which appears to be facing down.. is there a air intake on the bottom of the tower to allow that PSU to breathe?

Thanks Nick,
Yes, there is an open grill under that fan for air flow out of the bottom.
There is also a huge fan on top and as you can see, the fan in the rear. The entire case is a blue metal mesh for airflow.

Very nice Dave..

Looks like they did a superior job of building that for you

The tower look like it has a excellent pass-through design for airflow

That's a very nice and clean looking build there. The case looks like the design has been "borrowed" from the Antec 900. When I first saw it I took a double take to make sure it just wasn't a modded one. I've got a 900 sitting hear next to me and I can say it is almost a dead ringer.

If it ins't too much trouble, could you take a photo from the other angle showing the cable management for the drives and MB power connectors? I'm looking for a better way to clean mine up. Thanks in advanced!

I agree with you Wingo. I also had to take a second look at the case to make sure it wasn't a modded Antec 900.

Looks very nice Dave. I bet you can't wait to get it all set up and ready to go! Wink
