An EXCELLENT flight!!
After a few circles over KLGA due to a CTD, we were on our way over the cloudy skies of the New England region. Nice weather and interesting wind conditions accompanied us on our way to Boston Logan International.
Then, things got interesting. Four planes all trying to approach the runway at once. I don't think we could have done it without voice control. John was established on his STAR approach, Skoker was tagging along with him, and Shane and I almost had a mid air collision!
I had to deal with the landing complexities of the Tupolev, traffic less than a quarter mile away, and then an autopilot failure for reasons that I still can not figure out.
That approach rivaled Kai Tak in the excitement factor for me!
Shane was eventually forced to go to runway 4L as I took 4R so we wouldn't sandwich. Sorry Shane!
I had a CTD when I came to a stop after clearing the runway, which was fine with me at that point. The others came down successfully, and as far as I know, the taxi to the gate was uneventful.
I'll see what I can do for a good future multiplayer route.

Passengers were a little shaken from all the crosswinds and turbulence, so I gave them a complimentary bag of SouthWest's finest peanuts on their way off the plane, and all is fine now.
Great flight for sure, both routine and challenging at times. My favorite kind!
Bring on the next!

Too busy flying to take too many screenshots....... plus with the large planes we are not too close together....... plus it was night.

Yeah, it did get a little interesting with 4 air transport type aircraft all pretty close together coming into the same runways without any ATC online. The voice comms sure was the key to that.
Great having parallel runways at hand.
GREAT flight guys.... THANKS!
best,

It was Sean's sim that crashed.... not his plane.
