You can blame anyone you want (and if your suspicions are correct, that is definitely alarming), but the PIC should have sumped the fuel before the flight and checked to make sure it was blue.
Maybe there was a mix, but again, in that case I believe the color would still look wrong. It would smell quite a bit like Jet-A, too... very different, as you know, from 100LL.

You all deserve the b*****king.
From what you have said in previous posts you have suspected the drug use of of your co worker and observed the signs of it. Others on the ramp have directly observed his drug use, yet none of you have done anything about it.
Yup it's a well deserved roasting ..... and if your company is sued for a huge amount .... maybe a few job losses.
You can all count yourselves lucky you haven't got the deaths of three people on your consciences.

Rupturedduck,
You might want to think about the fact that public postings and comments like those in this thread are discoverable evidence in a lawsuit case and are admissable. Any statements made in this manner can show up in a court of law.
Any legal research assistant for a plantiff's lawyer that is NOT scouring the net for possible forum or blog postings on a subject is not worth their paycheck.
You might also find that if your employer comes across these postings....... or if they come out in court....... they will likely be your former employer.
Food for thought.

That was my thoughts on it, maybe this thread should disappear to protect all involved.

Because of the archiving engines on the net like the WaybackMachine.......likely too late.

I actually had mentioned my thoughts to the powers that be, but unless I or they actually witness it, I have no control over what that guy did.
I seemed to have jumped the gun on posting here before the report comes out. Anyone else for deleting their posts?
