Attention Project Tupolev Tu-154M pilots:

Do you want to participate in a nice, short Tu-154M flight in Siberia to practice your skills in the most complex freeware aircraft in the FS community?

If you currently use the Tu-154M version 2.02, feel free to join me in a flight today from UNNT to UNTT, a distance of around 120 nautical miles.

Both sceneries are top notch, and these, combined with a highly detailed and realistic aircraft, will help immerse you in the unique Russian aviation environment.

The scenery:

UNNT, Tolmachevo, Novosibirsk, Russia:
http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=124301&CatID=fs2004scen

Patch: http://www.avsim.su/files.phtml?fileid=14693

UNTT, Bogashevo, Tomsk, Russia
http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=64712&CatID=fs2004scen

Aircraft:
Project Tupolev Tu-154M:
http://fs-proteam.com/products.html?op=one&id=16&pw_patt=catalog

^^ This is an extremely complex simulation of a Russian jet airliner, and I would not recommend joining this flight if this is your first time using the aircraft.

Flight Time:
Approximately 5:00 pm, United States Eastern Time.

A random online flight will probably occur afterward, thus allowing non-Russian flyers to participate in a flight in some other region of the world, with a different aircraft. This next flight is to be decided in-game, after this flight has occurred.

Thanks, and I hope to see some Tu-154M flyers in the skies in a while!

-Sean

Flight now delayed until 5:45 to 6:00 timeframe....
I will be present on the ramp at UNNT, engines running in the Tu-154M, until that timeframe, I just won't be at the keyboard.

Running with all ports open, I've never had any closed come to think of it.

I think it's your ports, because now it won't let me on. I tried several times after logging off to get back on but it kept giving me the error message, I have double checked and all of my ports are open.

It's definately between you two. I saw Alex briefly come on, then get kicked off when shane was on, and now I am seeng the same when Shane is on.
FLIGHT CANCELLED until we can figure out this issue.

Feel free to post here with your troubleshooting.

I can see when each of you attempts to log onto FS. All three of us appear in the window, but either shane or alex cannot see the other person. Both are able to see me though.

Now I know that either of you can be online when just I am on, but it seems like either of you cannot be online together, which leads me to believe that it is between your two computers.

My dad and I are going to mess with the router tomorrow to make absolutely sure that it is not me.
This is certainly a strange situation.

I just did another check on my router and the XP firewall control center and everything is as it should be. Smiley

Has anyone made any changes or updates to their system lately?

Hello Lads...

For all you Multiplayer Flyers with "Port Forwarding" problems...

I refuse to use any sort of annoying, troublesome, "Router" for any of my on-line Games, preferring to use just a simple, cheap, dial-up Broadband Modem for the past 10 years...

I have never had any open/closed "Port" problems in any of my Multiplayer Flight activities during that time!... Kiss...!

At one time, my Broadband Service Provider gave me a FREE Modem/Router for my connection...

...even after downloading, and paying £15 for the "Portforwarding" program....>>> http://portforward.com/routers.htm..... it failed to cure any Port problems for my Flight Sims...

I very quickly dumped the Modem/Router, and purchased a simple, Dial-up Broadband Modem, instead... Smiley...!

...no more Port problems, as my many Multiplayer Chums will confirm... Grin...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004...and a nice glass of Port Wine... Cool...!

DLP... It's the mirrors!

I'll be at LSZH in my new FSDreamTeam products that I received to review... I think it's because I had only 2300-2310 opened... not 2300-2400...

My simple Modem is a (£10) 8 Mbs high-speed Broadband Modem which does not contain a Router.

Each morning when I start up my computer I dial up my Service provider via it. It is then permanently connected until I shut the computer down.

Present Receive Speed at a busy time: 6.5 Mbs...

...not bad for 8 Mbs Max...Wink...!

F....G-BPLF...FS 2004... Cool...!

No troublesome "Ports" to give everyone aggravation!...Wink...!

Well, from my indications, its not my computer that's causing the problems here anyway, since I am able to fly with pretty much anyone here, its just that Shane and Alex's computers don't like each other for some reason.  Grin

I've flown with Alex, and with Shane on multiple occasions without issues, but again, yesterday, when I was flying with either one, and the other one tried to get on, they couldn't. Example: I was flying with Shane, and Alex could not connect, then Shane disconnected, Alex then was able to log on, but Shane could not. I was able to fly with either person with no issues. They just could not fly together.

Sorry about the major CTD. It even caused my computer to automatically reboot. I've never had that happen before.

I have one final tomorrow, but I will hopefully be on for part of tomorrow evening, so I'll see you then.
