Hi all,

I've been flying this mission this afternoon. I allowed modification in order to use the Merlin instead of the Maule, and to fly in the evening instead of normal day. I forgot how good the default scenery looks there, I had some stunning landscapes so I thought about sharing Smiley

The mission is quite difficult when done in the Maule, because of the high altitude. Wit the Merlin, it was really easy in fact. Enjoy  Cool

It's the one that comes with the FSX-Addon 'Accelleration' which has been released by Microsoft.

Oh so it's the EH-101. Is the Merlin just a name bestowed on it by the RAF?

Thank you all for the kind comments.
Yes, I know that I should have removed the compas, but I did think about that only for the last one, since I wanted it to be a real screenshot.

The first ones, from the VC, were just meant to show exactely what you can get during this mission, so I let the compas to give an indication of where I was exactely Smiley

And still, the JPEG compression really took a good part of the colors away :/ During the game, the colors of the sky and the atmoshpere around the sun were really stunning  Cool

How exactly do you allow mod. to fly other aircraft in missions?
Excellent pics by the way.

Well that's pretty simple: when you are displaying the list of missions on the Mission start screen, you have a little checkbox just below the list, it's named "allow modifications" or something like that.

If you tick this checkbox, and then launch your mission, you will notice that the menu bar will now allow you to change aircraft, meteo, time of days etc... just like in freeflight. Smiley
