my wife today told me that she can get me a discount on computers through her college...she knows what i do on the computer for gaming.  This is the computer she came up with for me.

Dell XPS 730

Intel core 2 E8400(6MB,3.0GHz,1333FSB)

how good would this be and is the price of $2,294 good also?
How well do you think this will run FS9 and FSX? (i run both)
