Before i go off on a wild goose chase has anyone come across this font before? Any ideas where i can get it or what its called? Or is it airline specific, and not available... Sad

Usual google search reveals nothing but a wardair virtual airline, amongst other 'wardair' realated items  - which isnt what i want at all!!!
So font finder next but that usualy ends in disaster for me.....hopefully one of you guys has used it maybe  Cheesy

I don't know what it is you're planning, but when I can't find a font, I usually just draw the text in Illustrator...if it's not too long..and providing I have an example.

Indeed. My success in finding this hasnt been so good, i found one thats reasonably close however without the cutouts round the 'a' and the 'd' .

Ive then hand painted 'alterations' to the type to make it as close as i can. Theres not just this 'wardair' bit, it also says 'wardair canada' on the tail, in a smaller version, but i think ive cracked it.

Its just nice to get it spot on so your not constantly looking at it thinking 'is that right?' and 'not sure about the lettering!'

Im a bit away from completion but ill certainly pop a shot on here when im done  Cheesy
