Do you mean that you are not allowed to DOWNLOAD things from the internet? Or can you not PURCHASE things from the internet?

Well.... despite the seriousness of the dollar amount.... hes probably better off buying a real one for that amount......lmao. If not getting his pilots license and making a down payment for it. Grin
