In the reply box, click "add hyperlink" from the tool bar, this will appear (without the asterisks):

[*url][/url*]

Then to do what you want, put an "=" after the first url like this:

[*url=http://www.simviation.com] ADD YOUR TEXT OR SMILEY HERE [/url*]

which should come out like this:

ADD YOUR TEXT OR SMILEY HERE

Hope that helped  Wink

Try this method. You don't need to remember any code or anything else.

1. Copy/paste the url you wish to link to into your topic like this: http://www.simviation.com/lair/index.htm

2. Add the smiley you wish to use like so: http://www.simviation.com/lair/index.htm Cool

3. Run your mouse across the link + smiley to highlight it - then click on the Insert Hyperlink button: Cool
(Now click on the smiley)

Note. You can add text instead of the smiley in step 2 like this: Grumpy's Lair
