Hi,

I used to be able to connect to my wireless network at home and access the Internet though my lap top...

However I've been away at school and had a mate change some of my wireless setting so I was the host PC so we could hook up and play battle filed together (I don't know what he did all I remember is him changing some IP addresses or something?).

I have now got home and can connect to the wireless router but not access the Internet?

any help?

Thank You,

What kind of router first?
There are some routers that scream in pain after any IP changes (i.e. the Linksys wrt54g v6...) Others don't.
