Hi Just wondering if MCmurdo base has messed up graphics such as bases hanging in the air and when you land you go right through the ground , Thanks

I've recently passed through McMurdo and found that some of the runways are out in the water and others are 'double deckers'.

When I landed I went throught the 'top' runway, which looked to be at ground level, but ended up on the bottom deck!  I don't recall any hanging bases though.  Either way it was very strange.

I'd planned to circumnavigate pole to pole but found that I was turned back as I approached the lower latitudes and had to skirt round the edge of Antarctica and back up the other hemisphere.

Don't think I'll be going back though - heading north into warmer countries.

I'm very disappointed too, looking all this mess in McMurdo. I know Alphasim have some polar bases, some good-looking and landing chagenger. But I believe there is no Murdoc Station.

Speaking about polar bases, I had tried Sheyma AFB (Alaska) and, of course, Thule AFB. They are OK in comparation with McMurdo.

And I Didn't find scenery other than Alphasim (payware)

If you might be interested in a "what if" base, you might like to check out my own project (CYNS North Star), link below:
