Download Traffic Tools v2.02 by Lee Swordy The help file, Readme.htm, will explain the inner workings of FS ai traffic and how to create or edit ai traffic.

If you're using FS2004 then Traffic Tools is all you'll need to create new ai traffic for your sim.

If you're using FSX you'll need Traffic Tools (for the Readme.htm) and  AIFPC by Peter van der Veen
(the link is in message #57). It is used in place of the Traffic Tools compiler to compile the source .txt files into a  'traffic*.bgl' that is FSX compatible.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky

No, you don't need the SDK. AIFPC is not dependant on the FSX-SDK.

Just follow the instructions in the TTools Readme.htm to create/edit your ai traffic.

When the instructions tell you to decompile or compile  just use the AIFPC compiler instead of the TTools compiler. It will compile the 'traffic*.bgl' in FSX format.
