Wow, been a while since I posted... even longer since I asked for anything.

My question is this.  Is there any scenery out there for Vella Lavella and Munda Airstrips for how they looked back in 1943 and 44?

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, VMF-214 (AKA the Black Sheep) was stationed at both for some time during the war.  Both airstrips are in the Solomon Islands, Munda is on the island of New Georgia and Vella Lavella is self-titled.  Many of you may remember the TV series in which they called it Vella Lacava purely for TV's sake.

I have been reading Greg Boyington's book Baa Baa Black Sheep, about his time and experiences during the war, from the AVG, to the Blacksheep, to being a POW.  His descriptions of these airports also including the Jap held base of Kahili, has me quite fascinated and I would love any scenery for these airstrips... either updates for CFS2 or something new for FS9 and FSX as in both, Munda is modern and abandoned and Vella didn't even make the list.

Thank you,
Ethan
