I know UT Europe and FSAltitude are payware, but they have produced a problem that is generic.

I was attracted by FSAltitude which claims to give a better depiction of the ground from altitudes above 20000 feet using low resolution photography.  So after making the investment and installing it, I discovered if I layer it above UT Europe it covers that scenery, put it below and its effect is reduced.

My conclusion is that if you have the UTs then this type of enhancement adds little..

Has anyone else tried these in tandem and do you have a better layering.

The way i would work it is when you are flying low and slow, turn on UT and turn off FSAltitude. When you're flying the heavies up high, then turn on the FSAltitude and turn off UT.

I have come to the sad conclusion that UT Europe is best at all altitudes.  It's only real problem is that the windrow effect is still obvious outside of broken and elevated areas.

Sad, becaue FS Altitude was expensive.
