I know of two:

GoFlight VRP-166
Opencockpits Multiradio

Both of them seem to be nice pieces of hardware, although I have no direct experience with either.

Does anyone know of any other options for radio hardware, short of custom building? (ie, plug and play stuff)

There are a few out there, elite is one example:

But goflight and opencockpits are the more cost effective Wink

Hahaha... pushing $3000 for that? I'm sure that's an awesome piece of hardware, but my budget doesn't (and probably NEVER WILL) allow for such things. I am probably going to go with the GoFlight radio, along with one of the 8 pushbutton panels to interface with it to allow the one radio panel to function as every radio I could need in the cockpit. I can get that for $350 (ish) from GoFlight's site, as opposed to $2695 from Elite, and get pretty much the exact same utility out of both.

Thanks!

I run 4 Goflight VRPs for my radio stack.  They work great....and the support service is great too.

DON'T try to use their website forums for ANY kind of support... call them direct.

best,
