Hey Guys,

I am aware that there is a real AI program out there - Live Traffic I think it is???

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has it do they think that it's worth it?

I'm almost always flying in my home country (Aus) and so I am after airlines like QANTAS, All the Virgins, Jet Star, REX, Qantas Link, National Jet, and then for military I would like to see the Hornet, F-111, Caribou, PC-9, Orion, Hawk, Hercules, etc, etc.

Does Live Traffic cover all of these? I would think that it might, however there are only so many aircraft and liveries that a product will contain right?

Regards.

I must admit that I've never heard of live traffic.

As far as military goes. You should check out Aussim...and also get over to www.militaryaiworks.com as we've just released a package with a brand new model.

Live traffic is good, but it only covers the USA. And its pricey too, you pay each month for the privillage of their servers, not a one off fee.
It shows real life flights, for example if a delta 737 was taxiing out of KJFK
whilst you were simming, the delta 737 would be takiing at KJFK in you sim. Also, if that flight was then delayed at the hold point, the flight in your sim would be delayed at the hold point etc.

Overall:
Great for flying in the USA, but only covers commercial traffic, no GA or military.
But: Far too expensive and limited (USA only)

There is a review at this over at another sim site that shall not be named Wink
