So on a whim I went out to KTUS to take some photos to kill some time. This is when I usually catch my rare birds, I seem to get lucky when I just randomly go out but if I plan my photo day nothing but locals fly over. So while I was out there this flew overhead and I was wondering if you guys could tell me what air force he's from and just for fun, the model of F-16 hes flying.
I feel my actual aviation photography skill is lacking because I can never seem to get a good crisp shot. Nevertheless I think it was a great day just beacuse of this one jet

Nice catch. It looks very much like this United Arab Emirates F-16 Block 60.

It certainly is a Block 60 F-16, with it's tell-tale CFT's.
However, who owns it is the question.
