Decided to head out to Sky Manor today. My buddy Ryan was doing some pattern work in Four November Alpha so I took some pics.
To start it out, a Cub doing some crabbing onto two-five. I couldn't believe this guy. He flew a right traffic pattern, onto the opposing runway.
Interesting to find a Canadian-regged Commanche come in.
Flare.
Full frame!
Here's Ryan.
More in part two.

Is that cable as close to the runway as it looks?

No, but it's close enough...
Somehow I get the feeling that that Cub also had no radio...
It's
so
important to keep your head on a swivel at these little airports!

A wobbly runway, me thinks, but such nice visitors!
Nice to see an airport that isn't surrounded by those dreadfull high fences!
