Is there a CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 add-on out there for FSX. Doesn't have to be so specific but a Canadair Challenger 604 would be nice to have.

A paintjob like this would be nice to because I have been on this one, not flown but, I have been watching it since I was 3.

There are a couple of Challengers that should work with FSX.  Checkout http://www.flightsim.com file names cl800.zip and chal304a.zip.  The first file is a POSKY CRJ-200 that is modified to have the range of the Challenger 800.  The second is a FSDS2 aircraft that you will may have to remove the panel to get to work right.

I found a 604 for the 04 version. Is there a way I could modify it to work in FSX?

A lot of the FS2004 models will work alright in FSX.  The best thing to do is to try it and see.  Usually the panels do not come over very well, but you may be surprised.  If you remove the panel folder and insert an alias to one of the default panels, it would possibly work better.  My advise would be to give it a shot and see what happens.

The label "for AI traffic" means that they are configured to be used as computer controled aircraft and not for player flight.  They also tend not have as much detail as a model intended for player use.

You could; However it'd take an extreme amount of tweaking to make it enjoyable to fly. As has been stated; AI planes are not meant to be flown.

Alright, I have located a CL-604 for the FS2002 version. I really wanted it to work, but it didn't. Any easy way to make it campatible with FSX, mabey even a semi-difficult challenging way will work to.
