If I'm being hyper-critical, I think some more shots nearer the camera would help.
Other than that, I really can't see anything to rip!!

Nice shot. Shows speed, crisp scenery, angles and perspective are neat and appealing..clouds realistic and well positioned..interesting aircraft, lighting, depth, contrast nice..overall don't see anything to criticize...little aliasing issue in the vertical stripe on the chopper but who's looking..
Very balanced shot in a quiet, effective way.

may be more light on the helo. I mean, the valley in the dark, and the helicopter lights by the last sun rays...
this would higlight the action, and make the shot even more dynamic.
