For the sense of realism I normally do all my GA flying for fun at my home airport in FS.. This creates a problem.  The clock on fs is backwards  Friday Harbor is on the west coast and I live on the east.  When I load FS it uses my system time then when I move set my flight on the east coast it moves the clock ahead three hours.  Is there something set wrong on my settings or better yet can you change your configure file to load your preffered airfield.  I searched the configure file only finding the last airport you select in there. Thought maybe I was overlooking it.   Thanks

When you create a flight in  the 'Free Flight' window, FS applies your system time to the airport  in the default flight, and then makes the appropriate timezone offset for your selected airport. So if you start the sim at noon, it's noon at Friday Harbor therefore it's 3PM on the east coast.

You can make any flight the default flight by putting a check in the 'Make this the default flight' box at the lower left of the 'Load Flight' or 'Save Flight' window.  So if you make the default flight at your home airport, your home airport will be at system time and any timezone offset will be calculated from your home airport time.
