hey wannabee

in real life I have no idea if Queenstown takes 747's, nor do I care.  When on VATSIM recently they held an joint VATPAC / VATNZ event , we had dozens of pilots all in 747's running from Auckland to Queenstown.  Was quite an event, ATC was on from Ground , Auckland Approach , Northern Centre , Southern Centre and Queenstown Twr.  The speration was less than 5 minutes between all aircraft so it was a great day for the controllers. Auckland had 10 people wanting to leave at the same time to Queenstown - ALL in 747's , at the time that I got clearance to depart...we had pilots from Europe with accents, Americans , Aussies and New Zealanders all taking part in this event  - it was a buzz for all involved.    75% off us were in 747's.    I was told to speed up and another 747 with 2nm of me to slow down on our way into Queenstown to provide a little more seperation.  Normally I do not fly the 747 on VATSIM , mostly GA on backcountry routes for Mountain Air VA, and which airports take 747's is not somthing that gets me off wannabee, so dont roll your eyes at me like some kind of Microsoft Flight Simulator Expert who like to take a superior tone with others in this hobby , because I dont care for it, wannabee. Get my drift champ ?
