A new airline on the block, operating in a unique market in virtual aviation.

Kazoo Airlines is an Australian carrier operating Airbus A320 aircraft on domestic routes throughout Australia and New Zealand. The airline, of just a small few airlines operating in the Oceanic region, hopes to set a trend in releasing opportunities to virtual pilots in different regions of the world.

The idea for the airline was announced last year by Simon Luckin, CEO of Breathe Airways, but had decided to hand the airlines development and control over to myself Daniel Hobbs. Kazoo will be a member of the Breathe Group.

Kazoo Airlines is based at Melbourne International Airport (YMML) and has a fleet of 4 Airbus A320 Aircraft, powered by IAE V2500 engines. It serves cities on all corners of the country including Perth, Townsville, and Darwin and also to New Zealand – Auckland and Dunedin.

When expansion allows, we hope to expand our routes further a field towards the Polynesian region, including Fiji and Vanuatu, and break into the Asian Pacific region too, with destinations such as Jakarta, Taipei, and Singapore.

The need for a virtual airline in the Oceanic region has been high for quite some time, as there has been a lacking in a quality, professional and realistic airline. Kazoo hopes to overcome that and provide a positive flight simulation experience for the pilots who join and take advantage of the services that Kazoo can offer.

All Airbus A320 aircraft will be factory fresh from France. Factory fresh aircraft were chosen so that cycles would be low, and safety and airworthiness would be at its highest, for the introduction of operations.

All flights will be operated in a one-class configuration of economy. Legroom and services on-board will be generous, serving complimentary hot and cold drinks, and snacks to the passengers. Flights are all scheduled operating many times weekly and daily.

This is just a taster of what Kazoo will offer the virtual pilot and will be due for launch in the coming months; a date has not been set yet, but will be announced soon, along with other breaking press releases.
