Nice combo... 2xYak-52W and the rest are normal Yak-50/52.

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

Cool set.
I see this is the same group I saw at Oshkosh- I'd identified them as Nanchangs, but that was only one of them, that joined up with them for some displays at Airventure.  Embarrassed

Square tail and fully rectracting wheels: Yak-52W
Square tail, full maingear and half front: Nanchang CJ6
Round tail, all half: Yak-18A or Yak-50/52

And all sorts of combos depending on user budget (like yak-55 with nanchang maingear and so on...)

Really? Every Yak 52W I've seen (and spent the last 10 minutes looking at on the Web) looks externally exactly the same as a normal 52, bar the 3 bladed prop...

...and that includes looking at the importers page... Tongue

...and in the photos above the two "52Ws" (or CJ-6s) have half retracting nosewheels anyway... Tongue
