Hey Lewis,  can I make a little suggestion?  It's not just you guys, but lots of designers these days put TONS of textures in their packages that will never be flown.  I was just doing thumbnails for the IRIS P-40 (coincidence...) and it has over 100 textures.  You guys aren't so bad, but I really wouldn't see the need for more than five or so variations.  Now I appreciate the amount of work that goes into these things and I love a good paint job as much as the next guy.  But there is no way all of these are going to be flown and it really slows down our systems when loading the planes menu.

How about taking that time spent on all of those extra textures and spending it refining the planes?  You make an excellent product already, why not make it even better?

Or releasing the textures as a seperate pack and host it on your website for the people who want it. Then they can pick and choose what textures to download.  Smiley

Hey guys thanks for the comments. We tend to not have too many textures in our packages and we prefer quality over quantity, thats the old saying isnt it?

Anywho as yer can see theres a couple main skins, RAF desert, AVG and VVS.

Also if yer dont want tectures it easier for you guys to just edit out the textures in the .cfg than it is for us to place them in a seperate download as it would upset MP matchings and no doubt some of the user experience as a install and play way. Also with FSX if your looking at quality aircraft the days of so many textures might be at an end. Theres just so much to do for one proper FSX skin (SPEC MAPS, BUMP MAPS, GLOSS, MAIN SKIN ECT ETC) that its almost wasted effort to do too many. The upshoot of this is of course that we end up with a few high quality skins/aircraft.
