I made a mistake concerning the Ukmil afcad downloads to install.
Erase the files in Ukmil scenery folder you created. Reinstall only the files from the 'Default_Scenery', the 'VFR_Scenery' and the 'Latest_Afcad Changes', in that order.
Do not install the UK2000 or the Waypoints files. In particular the UK2000 files place duplicate Afcad files which may be part of the problem.
With that change and a recompile of the traffic file with new ac cruise speeds, I've had a couple of successful arrivals, at EGXW and LFOA. Of course the ac arriving at LFOA dissappeard after landing because of no parking, but it's a start
