I have read mixed reports on this subject some say they will work others say they do not. I for one plan to leave things as they are in FSX untill everything is ironed out. Microsoft has allready released one patch for FSX and every knows there is at least one more patch to come that being the one to make use of DIRECTX 10. So I plan on waiting before I add anything.

Go to fsdeveloper.com/forum/   you will find the tools you want there.

FS2004 AFCADS will work in FSX but you may suffer unwanted effects,
like the loss of jetwyas, ground support equipment, etc.

There are new tools for FSX being developed and tested now and
the info is available at the address above.
