Newbie: cmpstat parameters, Easter Eggs, add-ons and other Cheats

Someone, somewhere out there, must have compiled a list of “cmpstat” parameters and/or other means to monkey around with the missions that make up a campaign.  I want to know any that can make for a fun change of pace as a break for the intensity of a “real” campaign.  For example, I had a ball flying the Star Wars Republic Fighter in a combat mission, landing it at an enemy airfield and essentially “driving about” with the cannons blazing.

The same question goes for Easter Eggs (if any are known) or any other non-published cheats, add-on’s, etc..

This is my third post today, but I rarely post to these things; I only just stumbled in here, and have been hoping to find some pro’s who can answer these questions.
