For those who don't know, Video Games Live is a tribute to Video Game Music throughout the years (Ranging from Pong, to Halo 2 and beyond). It's performed by a live symphony orchestra, videos of different games, laser shows, and on-stage actors, along with Interactive Video Games playing during the music (Lucky people get to go on stage and game!).
My question: Has anyone seen it live? I'm going tonight to the New Haven show... Extremely excited
I've heard nothing but good things about the show, but I want to see if anyone else here has possibly seen it, and what they thought.
Another nifty little thing, is the Producers of the show (Tommy Tallarico, Host of the now cancelled Judgement Day and Electric Playground on G4TV) try to make each show different. The New Haven show is being held at Woolsey Hall, which is home to one of the largest Pipe Organs in the U.S. They're going to be playing the Castlevania theme music on the Pipe Organ
