A lovely new DH Vampire T.11 has been released. Looks really nice.

And, in the week the HP Sauce production left the UK, thy have a nice HP product on the way - the flying suitcase, the Handley Page Hampden... Smiley

I have the Vampire, it's very nice.  Looks good and sounds excellent.

My only criticism is a minor one, but very important to me as a repainter.  Alphasim included separate maps for the left and right fuselage halves, and even the fins and tailbooms so you can repaint them individually - but they mirrored the ailerons and speed brakes Cry  I started repainting mine as G-HELV (look it up on airliners.net) but I need one green aileron and one grey.  The Alphasim Vampire can't do it.

That aside, it's a very nice machine.  Only last month I was lamenting the lack of a decent Vampire of that version, and now Alphasim have given me one that is 95% what I was looking for.

I definitely intend to buy their Hampden when it comes out, too.
