I ordered a bunch of disks from FSGenesis and they sent one entitled World Buffer Terrain along with the order. WBT is a disk that smooths that jerking and popping you see in the scenery when the airplane moves from one area to another. I just installed it then did a short hop in the CORAL F-15 from Bullhead City, AZ to Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. I saw almost none of that annoying "popping into focus" that the horizon did before I put on WBT. To double check, I took off from some strip in Kansas and did a few quick spins around the area to look for it again. It was all but gone. And good riddance!
If you are thinking about some add-on scenery and FSGenesis is your source of choice, I suggest you order soon and get WBT. It's free with any DVD. Don't check any box to order it-- you'll have to pay $15 for it if you do. I think it's just great!!
Now, to install FS10 and the two-DVD set of 9.6-mt scenery for North America...

I've had the full FSGenesis stuff for fs2004 for a long while. When I added the buffer mesh is solved a LOT of the stuttering and popping issues. WELL worth having. You can purchase it separately even if you don't have the rest of the mesh too.
FSGenesis mesh and landclass is one key to making fs2004 more FSX-ish .... without the framerate issues.
best,
