Work has continued...

got the annunciator mostly finished (just gotta get the actual light plates clear of the old tags, and paint).

Here are some views of it.

that was a lot of soldering Shocked the bottom row is not going to be used
...
as you can see, I still retained the original look to it, just gutted it, and re wired it, all the negatives are bussed
...
had to do a little repinning.

I also got the base part of the sim painted and 3 of the 4 mixture handles put on.

you can see the engine start switches in place at the top.

the handles came off a kc-135A ground trainer.  they were nasty and dingy from sitting out for  ## years.  its amazing what Testors paint and a beadblaster can do.  Cool
