I never made promises that I wont keep , trust me ! I'll fix the other 3 planes Plus this new one I'm making to make them work in FSX and fix some of those textures, to release to as a freeware(Including this new HS-125) for all of us ,Ive seen some members , They help each other, one of the case was the Honda jet (Beutiful Job BTW)I'm working alone ,as usual ,making new sounds, modeling ,drawing, mapping etc...But something very serious  has stop me, The glass , the Damr Glass of the cockpit from the exterior view at least,... for FSX I have waste all my brain ,I been sitting here almost for 48 Hours continusly ,and without sleep, here are the details..

I have tested all the FS9 planes in FSX and no glass either,Im no using FSX SDK ,its too dificult for me to understand it, Ive seen some new planes working under fs9SDK in FSX with its glass ,would you please try to help me about what's going on, I mean to help me to seach what is this secret,It won't be release it without the cristal or winshield glass...Its a request ....,a hand....I'm tired ,exausted cause of this silly thing....I don't earn anything with this, only the joy to see others enjoy my planes ..If you find a solution for this ,your name will be as a co-desigh in the READ-ME of this new one....

Thanks

Hey Alrot,

I can try to help you out here. If I under stand correctly, you are using the FS9 SDK? I can send you a copy of the glass texture that I used in the FS9 Hondajet if you don’t have it. Here are the settings that I use in Gmax along with this texture.

...

I completely understand how very frustrating this can be, I just spent several days trying to get a texture on another model in FSX. Just let me know and I will send it to you.

That is a bummer. Undecided One would think that 3ds Max would work better than Gmax. I guess some things just will never make sense to me.  Roll Eyes Can you still make the model in 3ds Max and just before the final export send it to Gmax and aply the glass texture? Good luck with the project, it is looking real good.  Cool

Jon

Edit: Thanks for the comment BTW, it was a fun and sometimes very frustrating experience, but well worth it. It took me over two years working off and on to get it done. Smiley

I know, it took me a long time for several reasons, Roll Eyes

1.      It was the first one so I had to learn the process. (I rebuilt it several times Tongue)
2.      I gave up several times.
3.      I am a full time student and I work full time as well.
4.      Oh, and I gave up a few more times. Wink

I just started a new project using the FSX stuff and I hope it won’t take me a long.  Cool
