Hey all!

In search of my competition shot, I tried out a little Idea

Now I did like the set-up but my colouring wasn't really what I wanted.

So.. I changed the time abit.. only ten minutes earlier and got the following result. The plane stands out much better this way and so do the mountains at the left.

Eventually I didn't go with this idea but I just wanted to show you that a little bit of time shifting can make a whole lot of difference! Try it out!

How right you are Soui. I can honestly say I spend more time on time and season shifting a paused pic than anything else. It's been an essential part of my screenshot technique, particularly for the competitions. Great tip Soui.. Smiley

Yup it's very true.  Once I get the aircraft lined up properly I fiddle with the time and the weather.  Each time you reset the weather, the clouds change, and some look much better than others...

It's a key technique Soui, tis true. Changing the season too, to bring the sun around to a different angle.
