I am after a good freeware program that will remove all the unused gauges in my gauge folder. I have built up a big collection over the years installing and uninstalling new aircraft and it is getting a bit over full.
Any suggestions Please???

Hmmmm,

Maybe I wasn't clear enough before..

FLUSIFIX!  Cheesy

Firstly:
It doesn't delete gauges based on when they were last used. It automatically scans all of your aircraft panel .cfg's and then scans the gauges folder to see if there are any that aren't mentioned in the .cfg's (meaning that they aren't used by any panels) It then moves the gauges to another folder names 'Old gauges' meaning that if it has accidentally removed any used gauges, you can simply copy them back over again into your regular gauges folder! Simple!  Grin

Not to steal your thunder nor to demean your software (far from me), but Drgauge does the very same thing. Scans the Panels and makes backup of the gauges removed. Huh

At least the Drgauge I use, does it. Tongue

Of course, if you have a bad experience with Drgauge, then use another software. Wink

If they both check the panel.cfg file for what gauges are used and delete was isn't then how come i am ending up with holes in my panel where gauges should be. Something is obviously being missed.

Not a problem sir  Wink

However, I wasn't trying to imply that DrGauge doesn't do it job, however with the details with which we have been provided, it doesn't seem that it is!

I simply gave my only knowledge of a programme that does so such a job  Wink
