I guess this is considered a cheap way to fly and I guess this guy didn't know that the landing gear wells aren't pressurized!!

Immigrants will do almost anything these days...
... what a terrible world we live in, where people are willing to this sort of thing just to attempt a "new life".

Didn't he freeze to death?
I mean when you get up to 40 or 45 thousand feet isn't it like 30, 40, or sometimes even 50°F up there?

Well, if he didn't get crushed he would not have to worry about freezing to death because he probably slowly suffocated as the jet gained attitude and died of lack of oxygen before freezing!!

He probably would have lived his last few moments in quite a delirious or euphoric state, and as hypoxia caused him to lose conciousness, died without even knowing...
Funny thing hypoxia...

Ah yes
With the right apparatus, i guess it is worth trying. Paying to fly overseas these days seems a little bit much
Edit: Of course, with a powered operated hotsuit in the wheel well of a long distance flight in a 747, better hope the batteries don't die
Cheers,
RB

Ironic story, they also ("they"= some old women who wanted to enjoy their sunday) found frozen bodies in the forests under the final approach route of Frankfurt, Germany (EDDF).
