Simviation Forum - NO BUILDINGS AT AIRPORTS!! HELP!!!

look, you see trucks and stuff, but where you think you would see buildings, there aren't any. its like this at all airports! what should i do!!?

first try a reinstall then if that fails get a new graphics card more ram infact just get a new computer Roll Eyes

It looks like your "scenery complexity" slider is set to "sparse"
Moving it to 'normal" will give you the buildings. Moving it to "dense" will add vehicles and the jetways, in addition to the buildings.
That slider is under Settings>Display>Scenery>Scenery Objects

im not sure thats the problem. you can see in the background there are other buildings...and im pretty sure that airport terminals would appear before houses/factorys etc. go with the re-install first. what are your system specs anyway (e.g. processor, graphics card etc)

Unless FSX is different, Autogen density controls buildings and trees, and Scenery Complexity controls scenery like that at airports.

well, i definently dont have an old computer. its a dell XPS 400. but im thinking it might be in need for a new graphics card because the graphics arent good anyways.

but now i have 2 new questions:

i was using the trigger button on my joystick to change views, and all of a sudden, it stopped working, and i didnt change any settings or anythings, it just stopped working. what do i do?

and also, what kind of graphics card is good and affective?
