how do you get them to work?

Fuel Truck(request).....SHIFT+F
Jetway(attach/detach)....CTRL+J
Pushback(start/stop).....SHIFT+P (then press 1 or 2 to turn tail right/left)

It only works with certain planes...mainly the heavies.  As long as you have your airport scenery set properly all you have to do is be parked at a gate, engines off, parking brakes set and then open your cargo doors using Shift+E+3 and the tugs and conveyers should come up and park. 

You won't see any luggage coming off the planes but it's a neat effect....especially if you have the fuel truck parked along side also. 

I belive you have to use Shift+P+1 or 2 ???
